Sacred Somatic Journeys is a supportive form of healing body work that incorporates touch, breathwork, voice and energy healing. Each journey takes you to energetic doorways in the physical body, bringing awareness to aspects of yourself that have been disconnected in some way. You are guided to these points or 'doorway's in your physical body using hands on touch. You will be invited to use a specific breath to support you in this meeting, where you may experience different physical sensations, visions, memories and emotions. A space is held for you to feel, express and be witnessed until a shift, a softening and a healing occurs. You are reconnected to your own innate light.

The block booking discounts are offered and designed to support your ongoing commitment to your process.
All block bookings are to be used within 4 months of the first session, unless otherwise agreed.

Block bookings are currently only available at Shoreham-by-sea and Horsham locations, however there is scope for this in London in the future.
There are 2 sessions a month available at a discounted rate for those on low income or who are unemployed.

Terms of Practice:
Contraindications: This work is not suitable for people in active psychosis. If you have had psychosis over two years ago then this can be considered but a consultation would be necessary prior to booking. This work is also not suitable for pregnant women in their first trimester of pregnancy.
Regularity of sessions: You are encouraged to consider what you need in terms of regularity of sessions. This could be every 3-4 weeks to start or if you are focusing on a particular healing journey, and is likely to reduce over time to 4-6 weeks or further between. You are invited to feel into what is suitable for you, your intentions for the work, your financial means and energy. The block bookings are designed to support your ongoing commitment to your process. These are to be used within 4 months of the date of the first session, unless otherwise agreed.
Fees and Cancellations: Your appointment will be confirmed once full payment has been received. If, for whatever reason you need to cancel or reschedule you are required to provide 1 week notice. Cancellation within 1 week is charged at the full rate.
Confidentiality: All the written and verbal exchanges will remain confidential. If there are concerns about your safety, or the safety of another, this will be discussed with you in the first instance, to agree a way forward to ensure your safety and well-being.
