ABOUT
Karen is a Sacred Somatic Journeys Practitioner and a Social Worker. In her private practice she offers therapeutic healing through somatic therapy. Karen's work as a Social Worker has spanned 18 years and includes working within children's and adults services. Karen continues to work within an adult community mental health setting with the NHS. Carrying out assessments and supporting people affected by anxiety, depression, personality disorders and post traumatic stress disorder. Karen has experience of working with individuals on the neurodivergence spectrum, which is an area of growing interest for her.

Karen is a nature lover, a singer, a dancer and a yogi. She brings her voice as a conduit for the healing within her sessions. Karen appreciates the rhythms of life and listening to where she is being called in a deeper way to show up, and fully experience her own sacred life and support those to embody their own. She experiences herself as 'a woman of the world'.
