My name is Karen De Souza 

I am a Sacred Somatic Journeys practitioner. In my private practice I offer therapeutic healing through somatic therapy. I am Social Worker and have worked with children, parents and families within Children's Services for over 13 years. I continue to work with adults in a community mental health setting, providing support for those affected by anxiety and depression. In addition, I support adults with trauma stabilisation, so that they can develop resources to regulate their nervous system and their understanding of trauma. I am a nature lover, a singer, a dancer and a yogi.
