Karen is a Sacred Somatic Journeys Practitioner and a  Social Worker. In her private practice she offers therapeutic healing through somatic therapy. Karen's work as a Social Worker has spanned 15 years and includes working within children's and adults services. Karen continues to work within a community adult mental health setting. Carrying out assessments and supporting individuals affected by anxiety, depression, personality disorder and post traumatic stress disorder. 

 

Karen is a nature lover, a singer, a dancer and a yogi. She brings her voice as a conduit for the healing within her sessions. Karen appreciates the rhythms of life and listening to where she is being called in a deeper way to show up and fully experience her own sacred life and support those to embody their own. She experiences herself as 'a woman of the earth'.
