In the Removing the MASK session we concentrate on the access points of the throat, jaw, and cheeks.

 

This is your chance to discover who you truly are beneath the mask. If you aim to reveal yourelf for your own growth and for the benefit of those you love, this work is in support of that.

 

Release the imprints of past influences or abuse and experience the subtle yet profound transformation that await you. 

 

You are invited  to loosen what has been held too tightly, speak what your body has kept in, open your eyes to the truth of your own presence and to soften the shield that you think protects you but keeps you separate.
